Our friends at the Texas Library Association will select a graphic novel for their One Book, One Conference this year (wherein all TLA attendees will be encouraged to read the same book). Already, seven books have been nominated for the illustrious honor, including Stitches, American Born Chinese, and Maus, and the TLA is accepting further write-in nominations on their Facebook page (go to the TLA page for a link to it), so you can vote for any picks you think should be on the list. If you're planning to attend TLA this year (or even if you just want to nominate a worthy graphic novel), be sure to vote!
