Christian Zabriskie is a young adult librarian at Queens Library in New York City. He is a lifelong fan of comics, having discovered the Silver Age of Marvel when, at age seven, he got all of his older brother's old comics for Christmas. Since then, he has read every graphic novel he can get his hands on. He also writes and speaks about using graphics, particularly manga, to connect with teen readers.
