Former GNR reviewer Snow Wildsmith, MLIS (University of South Carolina), is a writer and book reviewer living in Mooresville, North Carolina. She is a former librarian and has served on committees for the American Library Association/Young Adult Library Services Association, including the 2010 ALA/YALSA Michael L. Printz Award Committee, the 2009 and 2008 Popular Paperbacks for Young Adults Committee, and the 2007 Great Graphic Novels for Teens Committee. She reviews graphic novels for Booklist, Good Comics for Kids, and Unshelved's Book Club and is the review editor at No Flying No Tights. Snow also writes booktalks and creates recommended reading lists for Ebsco’s NoveList database. She is a cowriter of A Parent's Guide to the Best Kids' Comics (Krause Publications, 2012) and the author of the five-book teen nonfiction series Joining the Military (McFarland, 2012).
