Sophie Brookover is a librarian at Eastern Regional High School in Voorhees, NJ. She reviews books for Voice of Youth Advocates and Kirkus and is the president of the New Jersey Library Association's Young Adult Services Section. Sophie is the founder of the widely read pop culture librarianship blog Pop Goes the Library and is the coauthor, with Elizabeth Burns, of Pop Goes the Library: Using Pop Culture to Connect with Your Whole Community (Info Today, 2008). Sophie loves graphic novels and is so happy that she's able to encourage teens and teachers to read them as part of her daily worklife.
